Six Figure Earning Potential
We are looking to hire Protegé/Co-Stylist! Our average Artist works 3 - 4 days a week- 21 - 28 hours
This position is hands on program. Work with your own guests by week three and always have the support of your mentor. You'll spend 1/3 of this time learning and 2/3 working on hands-on with your educator.
We also continue with on-going education throughout your career with us. Become an Artistic Educator and be a leader within the salon and make your dream career a reality.
Must be licensed or close to graduating beauty school.

Our pay is comparable to what an independent stylist takes home after taxes and expenses. We coach stylists to scale their business behind the chair based on the income they want to have. We have a career goal plan with end game earning six figures within 2-3 years.

Exceptional Online Booking
We provide the newest and most client friendly software for booking appointments. Stylist have full access to their books on their phone and the freedom to book their own appointments if they want.

We have a beautiful Zen Salon for our guests and TEAM. Our color and backbar are fully stocked providing you an enjoyable experience.
Flexible Schedule
We believe in a work week of 21 -28 hours or less which means we allow our stylists to work as few as 3-4 days a week depending on Level. Accumulating Paid time Off (PTO) and Unlimited days off while still accommodating our salon guests.
Team Bonding
We take the Amaré TEAM very serious. We are more than just coworkers... we're a FAM! We like to plan small gatherings, getaways, Team dinners, outings, etc...
